Frequently Asked Questions

Will I get bulky by taking part in the 6 Week STRONG Challenge?

The short answer is no. The reality is that strength training should be in everyone’s weekly routine. The Chief Medical Officer for the UK recommends strength training at least twice per week. What will happen is you’ll tone up and create lean muscle whilst you burn fat.

What if I haven’t exercised before/in a long time?

We’ll start you slow, but you get you results fast! Our expert coaches will break everything down, step by step and show you how to lift safely and effectively. We’ll be able to coach you and get you the results you want regardless of your experience levels. Whether you’re a first-timer or you do have some past exercise, we’ve got you covered.

What if I have existing injuries/pains?

Your programme will be carefully tailored and personalised to accommodate any injuries or niggles, so much so you’ll find throughout the programme that you’ll start to eliminate any previous pain and actually strengthen those areas!

What can I expect after 6 Week STRONG Challenge?

After 6 weeks you’ll become a stronger version of yourself in every aspect. You’ll look better, feel better, move better and have more energy right from when you wake up in the morning.

What's included in the program?

Everything you need to guarantee results. You'll get access to a simple, habit based nutrition program that means you can still eat the foods you love, without worrying about calorie counting etc. You'll get coached group strength sessions each week and you'll have accountability and support to ensure you get the most from the program.
